Masak! Masak!

Makin some meal during my break.. Well nothing to say..shhh.....
Breakfast anyone.
Here is Garlic bread wit fried chicken accompany hom-made firies.

Tips 4 home-made fries, fries wit new oil never old oil or else u gonna end up an oily fries and really soft. And don't forget to soak it with water to remove the starch.
This what we call Mukris meal. Full load of carbs. It lyke Bakau Hill . huhuh Got much carrots and French beans n bilis

Prawn Chowder,with cream cracker and white bread.

It’s 4 supper, and I for sure not into carbs 4 late supper. So I use the pasta sauce, mushrooms and herb to make it as Chowder. It’s not exactly chowder well I like the way it’s name as chowder


It’s lunch time and here is the meal. Keropok lekor with fried chicken and fish accompany with saute’ vegetables. Quite delicious and filling. Hey it’s a wonderful filling.



Just a simple fried fish. Just the sauce. Still using the herbs and mushroom pasta paste. Still sour a little. Quite yummy





Potato, French beans, rice chicken, banana cracker.
With the limit of rice I manage to create such fried rice. Most of it are vegetables n poultry.then accompany with Banana cracker just to add up some variety in colour. I guess quiet healthy coz the balance in chicken n vegetable.
